When it comes to data, the numbers are only half of the story. With this dashboard, we hope to connect those numbers to regional goals, community collaborations, and resources to help our community members thrive.
Our work on the Thriving Northwest Colorado Dashboard began in August 2018, and is anticipated to continue through June 2019. In Fall 2018, The Health Partnership gathered a team of advisors from across the region to represent the community in choosing goal areas.
As of January 2019, our Advisor Team has chosen 7 goal areas: Behavioral Health, Health Equity/Access to Care, Social Wellness, Youth & Families, Economic Environments, Healthy Lifestyles, and Safety & Environmental Health. These categories are subject to change.
From January to March 2019, I will be visiting community meetings to introduce the dashboard, invite feedback on desired outcomes, and gather ideas for strategies that will help us meet our goals. During these meetings, we will be building strategy maps to guide our work, support accountability, and encourage community-wide efficiencies.
In the meantime, feel free to browse existing scorecards and learn more about our process below.
Thank you for your support and patience during this process!
